Residential and Commercial Framing.• May involve interactions with customers so interpersonal skills are a must.
Full-Time Maintenance Tech
Provide various general maintenance to residential or commercial properties.• Must be well rounded in construction and have the ability to solve problems, willingness to learn, and be proactive without direct supervision.
Assistant Superintendent
Provide direct supervision to employess and/or subcontractors.• Make sure that construction is always carried out in a safe and efficient manner and ensure projects meet required deadlines.
• Communicate and represent our company in a positive manner with customer interactions througout the lifespan of each and every project.
